Sorry for the slow reply - been busy with non-WoW stuff the past couple of days

My only slight concern is that your guild is quite a bit bigger than the other members of the channel, and I wouldn't want it to be swamped. However, from the sound of it, a lot of your members have plenty of guildies at the same level, so I guess they wouldn't be using the channel most of the time anyway.

We'll need to check with the leaders of the other three guilds too, but I don't personally see any problems - maybe if we initially restrict it to those members of your guild who find it harder to get groups, and see how we go with that?

Ari, Golli and Star - if you get a chance, could you have a word with the leaders of the other guilds to check they're OK with this? If we have to wait for me to do it, it could be some time

One thing I'd like to mention, though... one or two KoC members have already started joining the channel - not sure if that's a result of a miscommunication with someone, but could you get them to hold off on that until we've checked with everyone and made it official?

Yes me and Rosz are the guild members who have joined so far, after being invited in.

Not all of the guild members would be joining, as a matter of fact when I first brought up the topic only Rosz joined, others were simply for whatever reason not interested. So to be perfectly fair, I don't think you need to worry about your channel being "swamped". I myself am off WoW for a couple of days, but shall be back soon, so feel free to contact me in game about this, and I can leave the channel if you want me to.

Side note: how did we set up a password on the nbc channel? I'm debating trying to stir the WoW forums into making a couple of passworded channels for battleground and PUG formation, involving only people who have a clue... (Shags, you probably remember this plan, just took a while to actually get round to it)

Re the channel Star. the whole thing would read *without the brackets /join (channel) /password (password). If the channel does not exist then is it created at that time. But we have noted that the ownership of the channel is changed as the current owner logs off, and i think the password may be disabled if the last channel member logs off. I don't know if this is ment to happen or patch issues.

Heya all, just a little update from Tempest Crusade.

Our guild leader (Valordar) and myself have decided that although we love our little guild, we would like to make some improvements to it. So we've decided to lose the current guild name and create a new fresh guild, with a new name. (Hopefully the new name will be Consilium -still undecided).

It is a shame that our first attempts to run a successful active guild didn't work out as planned - Tempest Crusade, was started on the BC release day, and of course attracted many members, until sadly they decided to leave for bigger things - raids etc. And due to our time commitments work, etc we couldn't devote time for all this organisation.

However now, we are both working - what normal people would call 'sensible hours' and can be online at peak times - we thought a fresh start would be in order. All really that is changing is our name, and increasing the number of active members - so we'll still be apart of the alliance (if ya want us )

All the current active members from Tempest Crusade will hopefully joining us in this new venture, and we will see you all soon in the alliance chat channel.. just with a diff guild name.

I know we chatted in game about this but i would like to reiterate, that i wish you all the very best for the re-branding and look forward to seeing you all on the NBC channel and getting some good runs together.
